Terms for Domestic & International Orders:
- All purchases made by anyone not registered as a Certified Service Center is purchasing any and all items AS-IS. There are no returns on AS-IS items.
- Any item purchased by a customer for a Tech or Service Center must provide proof of a repair invoice from a Certified Electronics Technician and/or TV Repair Center with business name, contact information, diagnosis, and date of estimate. Estimate date must be documented before or on date of purchase. Any invoice with a date after the day of purchase will be considered void.
- Any repair center used must specialize in TV Repair.
All shipping costs to and from the buyer are non-refundable.
POLICY SUNNMARY FOR CERTIFIED RPAIR CENTERS ONLY:
- All Registered Certified Repair Centers will be given 10% off all purchases.
- All Registered Certified Repair Centers who will are Nesda Members will be given 15% off all purchases.
- To apply, please email us (firstname.lastname@example.org) at least one of the following:
- a. Business Resale Number with Company Name,
- b. Tax ID
- c. Utility Bill with Company Name
- d. And/or Nesda Membership (if applicable)
- All return requests for store credit of the purchase price (excludes shipping) must be made within 90 days from the date of purchase.
- All return requests for store credit, refund, or an exchange made after the 90 days will not be accepted.
- All return requests for store credit or exchange do not incur the 20% restock fee.
- All return requests for a refund will incur the 20% restock fee.
All parts returned to us will be thoroughly inspected before a refund or exchange is given. Parts showing signs of tampering and/or components that have been blown out will NOT be refunded or exchanged. No exceptions.
The Return Process
- If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us via email (email@example.com) for an RMA number. Please include your order confirmation number.
- Once you’ve obtained an RMA number, please fill out the return exchange form attached in its entirety. Forms with missing information or no information will be seriously delayed.
- Package up your return and send it back to us. Our return address is below. Please pack the item carefully.
- Once we receive the return package, we will inspect and test the part. This may take 2-3 days. Once a part is tested, we will process it accordingly.
- You will receive an email confirmation once your return is processed.
